The aim of all the activities pursued within the "Plant and System Engineering“ field is to improve the control over production systems through continuous optimisation, assurance and monitoring of the plant and equipment functions in relation to product quality and productivity, and through predictive, coordinated closed-loop control of the production processes.

Current focal points of the work being undertaken can be divided into:

  • Analysis and reduction of process-relevant plant and equipment vibrations
  • Preventive monitoring and diagnosis of defect causes
  •  Automatic process interventions and improved closed-loop control

The given examples are intended to illustrate the method of working and the results of the activities in the mentioned areas. For further information, please feel free to contact our project experts.
