Once your application has been received, the application procedure usually consists of two stages. After a telephone interview, during which initial questions are answered and a first impression is gained on both sides, the applicant is invited to an expert interview. Discussions on the content of the department’s work and the candidate’s future tasks are held with the head of department and a future colleague from the specialist department. This interview usually lasts 1 – 2 hours.
If this interview is positive on both sides, a second interview will be held. Here the management and the personnel department get a picture of the candidate. If this interview is also positive, an employment contract is sent out.
