BFI together with HKM at Blast Furnace B
On June 18, 2026, colleagues from BFI had the opportunity to visit Blast Furnace B at HKM during its relining.
A particular highlight was the complete tour all the way up to the top platform. The group photo was taken on Blast Furnace B with a direct view of Blast Furnace A, from a height of 78 meters.
Our younger colleagues especially appreciated this unique opportunity and the chance to ask all their technical questions in direct exchange with the experts. Our sincere thanks go to HKM for the comprehensive tour and the valuable insight into the practical work on site.
